Created for Tollbar Warwick, our local Volvo dealer – this campaign is a set of emails that are sent out to customers at set times after they have purchased a car. The emails are sent at 1, 2 & 3 year intervals and each one has a unique set of upsells, so in year 1 service is the key promotion where as after 3 years the focus would be on new vehicle offers or part exchange for instance. The templates allow these emails to be tailored to different customer groups. Each email conforms to the Volvo brand guidelines and is coded for the dealers own CRM solution.
