Vercida, formerly Diversity Jobs, approached us to develop a brand proposition and creative visual language for their new online platform. Vercida is a job board with a big difference, it focusses candidates on the values of the employers, making it the only platform to showcase great employers who put diversity and inclusion front and centre of their recruitment strategy.

We developed the strapline ’employment for everyone’ as well as a visually striking visual language which utilises a vibrant colour scheme, carefully selected imagery and design elements which allow all of the materials to look ‘Vercida’ without everything looking the same.

We’re now working on a whole range of roll out items, these will be client and candidate focussed and also involves reviewing the website which was designed and built by an external agency.
