As new homes are a growing revenue stream for estate agents across the UK we have been involved in numerous projects to support agents looking to secure these sites from developers big and small.

Working with estate agent SBK we have produced a number of branded tenders, where we develop an identity for a project, giving the development a name, a striking brand and visual language, this then becomes a tangible proposition which starts to form resonance with prospective buyers wether that be a developer or the home owner.

The tenders are packed full of comparable evidence to support the agents positioning of the site, guidance on price specification and sales approach. We’ve produced a marketing plan which can be tailored for different scale sites and reflect a multitude of factors (including budget!)
