Lipscomb asked us to design a series of email templates for each of their key brands; Volvo, Jeep & Alfa Romeo. The emails are sent to customers who have purchased vehicles after 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 years, with tailored messages, cross selling things like service, free vehicle health checks, MOTs, part exchange and more, it’s a way of keeping in contact with the customer, reminding them of the dealership and what it has to offer them.

The emails were designed and built as a single template, this kept the costs efficient as various components are reused across the 5 emails, so rather than coding 5 separate emails we code one, this is then all loaded into our browser based email tool which allows the client full control of who and when the emails are sent out.
