We’ve produced a number of email campaigns for Holden Group recently, these two promote their service department and used car purchase initiative.

Customers that agree to a service plan have been sent a reminder email which just gives them a reminder of what the plan gives them access too, useful phone numbers and how to book. This was also sent with a link to a voucher giving the customers a free wash and vac plus a cuppa of their choice while they wait.

The second email was sent to existing customers of older vehicles and included personalised information including the make and model of vehicle as well as their number plate details. The campaign was sent to customers who had owned their car for 2, 3 years or maybe even longer and was an opportunity to for them to consider using Holden Group to part exchange their vehicle for a newer model, with some examples also included.
