Case study

Branding, brochure and responsive website for Clarendon Place

Clarendon Place is a development of apartments in a prestigious location in central Leamington Spa by Hatchback Limited.

Hatchback approached us back towards the beginning of the year looking for an identity that would suit the plans for a new exclusive development and then to roll out this identity over numerous projects including hoardings, posters, display panels and an email campaign before its opening in the Autumn.

We also designed a luxurious brochure to showcase not only the apartments themselves, but all that the surrounding area of Leamington had to offer.

We followed this work up with an initial website holding page teaser for the development. As the brand developed and the launch date got closer, we then designed and developed a fully-responsive website to showcase the development and surrounding area. The finished site featured local information, specifications, floorpans and 3d renders.

The development was launched at an event at The Star & Garter in Leamington. This was a huge success which saw a large turnout of potential investors, and as a result, 50% of the development was reserved within the first week and continuing success in the following weeks! With only three apartments remaining, by the time the Chemical Code team can chip in together to get an office apartment, they will all be gone before!

Client overview

Knight & Rennie Estate Agents are an independent firm with established offices in both Leamington Spa and Kenilworth, specialising in residential / commercial property sales and residential letting across south Warwickshire.

“Hatchback Ltd recently undertook a large period conversion of a Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of Leamington Spa. The building was in disrepair and was being converted into 12 apartments and a penthouse for sale. To enable us to bring these high end apartments to market, we enlisted the expertise of Chemical Code. The requirements were a comprehensive understanding of the luxury property sector we were targeting. A website, brochure and hoardings were all required and more importantly an identity for the development for buyers to relate to. As the development featured some marque brands and new pieces of technology, understanding how to portray these in the correct way was key. A number of other specialists in CGI, photography and printing were utilised and Chemical Code needed to co-ordinate all these aspect into a package that needed to be delivered in a short time frame without compromising on quality. I found the cost very effective and pleased with the service all round.“
